Fuller crates, bigger ranks, a new map

A big round of polish for the lobby:

• Fuller crates: every crate got more prizes, and the preview now shows everything - every furniture piece, every pet, every cosmetic, each with its own chance.
• The rank hall: the five exclusive ranks stand taller, on glowing rings in their colours, with their real rank tags over their heads.
• The Paladin: a new picture menu - the Wilds, your Shard, the Arena and BedWars.
• The lobby map on the crate wall was drawn again: turned the way you look, with every place pinned on it - and it moves along when a place moves.
• Machines can sell now: right-click an item, Sell all, or switch on Auto-sell and let it sell while you are away.
• Shard border: the panel stands right on your border, cleaner than before.
