Short answers to the questions we hear most.

Which versions can join?

Java 1.21 and newer (older clients are often let in too), and current Bedrock versions on every platform. See Playing on Bedrock.

Do I have to accept the resource pack?

No, but you should: it brings the custom menus, crates, furniture, machines and the lobby's 3D signs. Without it many things look like plain blocks.

I lost my things when I died!

Run to your body - it stays where you fell for a few minutes. Missed it? /recover buys back what is in your grave.

How do I get a rank?

The ladder ranks are bought with coins in /ranks. The exclusive ranks come from the store - or, with luck, from crates. See Ranks.

Someone is cheating or griefing.

/report <name> sends it to the staff. You can also open a ticket on our Discord.

I bought something and did not get it.

Purchases arrive in game within a few minutes - you need to be online. If nothing arrives, write to help@prismp.net with your name and the order number from the receipt.
